New World Bistro Bar Team

New World Bistro Bar is owned by Scott Meyer and Annette Nanes. They are also co-owners of the Spectrum 8 Theatre two doors down on Delaware Ave, in Albany's newly revitalized entertainment and culinary arts district.

Ric Orlando and Liz Corrado are the managing consultants. Ric and Liz own New World Catering and New World Home Cooking in Saugerties, NY. Ric is one of the Hudson Valley's best known chefs and is always working to improve farm to table associations.
