Our chefs are hard at work planning some great BBQ specials in honor of our 237 years of independence! Here’s a little preview of our JULY 4th specials;
RED WHITE & BLUE SALAD: Local Red Leaf Salad with blue berries, white balsamic vinaigrette, sunflower seeds and shoots.
NEW ENGLAND STEAMERS: Rhode Island littlenecks steamed with Old Bay seasoning, white wine and fresh herbs.
‘ALL AMERICAN’ PIE: an old favorite- our piandina pizza topped with NY Cheddar, Applewood Smoked Bacon, pickled jalapenos and sour cream.
SOUTHERN-STYLE PULLED PORK: served with corn bread and a red, white & blue potato salad.
4PM bar opens, 5PM – 9:30PM dinner service.
